This job involves HW devices and physical activities in order to support Work from Home for our colleagues which means that the job is mostly on-site.
Responsibilities
- Operating System Maintenance – Windows Server;
- Network troubleshooting and diagnostics;
- Managing software deployments;
- Monitoring the systems and the applications, performance analysis;
- Feature automation through scripting;
- Manage local data center and equipments in terms of:
– Windows Servers
– Network Equipment
– Windows devices
– VPN and antivirus
- Manage ADs infrastructure, monitor AD, maintain servers and clients, prepare reports with incidents from antivirus using the agreed template;
- Endpoint management protection (Cybereason, McAfee, Bitdefender);
- Monitoring the servers, services, and clients;
- Maintain servers and clients;
- Security: BCP/DRP, Audit access, Secure access, User management review, Licenses audit;
Desired skills
- Previous experience in server administration or support;
- Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems;
- Understanding of Windows based web servers (Apache, IIS)
- Network configuration;
- Active Directory: User management / Group Policy administration / Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Server Update Services;
- Virtualisation experience Proxmox, XenOrchestra from operational perspective;
- Scheduling and automation of jobs;
- OS troubleshooting;
- SQL database understanding;
- Attention to detail;
- Organized and team player;
- Have good English knowledge, both written and spoken.
