Responsibilities:
- Handling all aspects of the invoicing process and dunning process (checking purchase orders, preparing, checking and sending invoices);
- Processing various software billing reports;
- Evidence of the goods (IT hardware) from the invoices received and issued;
- Maintaining the relationship with the customers (invoice queries, balance confirmation, payment notification;
- Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed;
- Filling in statistic reports;
- Assist with account reconciliations;
- Other duties assigned by the finance team or by the management, as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics;
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as an accountant or in a similar position;
- Good understanding of financial processes and practices;
- Good command of Microsoft Excel;
- Increased attention to details;
- Organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Good level of English;
- Reliability and strong work ethics;
- Accuracy and on-time deliverables;
- Analytical thinking.
