Pieces of information required in this form are mandatory to process online payment by ACRELEC customers. Any payment is only intended to HYPERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES INC., 5490 Campbells Run Road – Pittsburgh, PA 15205 – USA. When you confirm payment, your personal information is processed by HYPERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES INC. and all data collected (payment amount, reference, card number, expiration date and security code, full name, email, address, city, state, zip code) is transmitted to the Paya Inc. credit card company. No data is transferred outside of the USA.
Please note that your information is retained:
– by Paya Inc. for 18 months from payment;
– by HYPERACTIVE TECHNOLOGIES INC., except for credit card related information, for 18
months as well.
Please note that ACRELEC and the credit card company follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling your data.
