As a Program Manager, you will coordinate initiatives across Acrelec Software teams and local markets, ensuring resources are aligned, requirements are clear, and processes run smoothly. This position focuses on structured planning, transparent communication, and accurate reporting so that every project moves forward without bottlenecks and delivers measurable impact. In short, you’ll keep things organized, remove obstacles, and ensure progress stays on track.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 Strategic Coordination

  • Act as the central orchestrator between Acrelec Software and local teams across multi-market environment.
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, timelines, and deliverables between engineering and market-specific needs.
  • Represent client interests in cross-functional discussions and decision-making forums.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles in each market, ensuring readiness, coverage, and feedback loops.
  • Coordinate grooming sessions with engineering and market stakeholders to refine backlog items.
  • Oversee pilot deployments with client systems, ensuring smooth rollout and issue resolution.

Information Dissemination & Governance

  • Maintain a centralized communication channel for updates, decisions, and escalations.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of technical and operational information to all local market teams.
  • Track and report vacation calendars, availability, and resource planning across markets.

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Liaise directly with the Tech Lead for technical alignment and issue resolution.
  • Escalate blockers and risks to leadership with clear impact analysis and mitigation proposals.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Produce formal reports on activities, progress, blockers, and next steps.
  • Maintain shared calendars for grooming, UAT, pilots, and market-specific milestones.
  • Ensure visibility and traceability of actions across all stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical program or project management in a multi-market environment.
  • Background in implementation consultancy, software testing or technical support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good English knowledge, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

  • Technical understanding of POS, kiosk systems, and content management.
